Like how Dow is empowering their scientists to be the voice interacting and building relationships with customers/partners/others in the ecosystem (with training and support from Marketing) over social media. Starting with a core group first who will focus on certain communities, ask/answer questions, blog, tweet, etc then plan to scale next year.
